Founded in 2023, we pride ourselves on being local to The Capital Region of New York. Our art reflects the character of our community and each piece tells its own unique story.
Artist and Founder
Gretchen Almeida
Gretchen Almeida is a mixed media artist that focuses on themes of history and folklore expressed through a multitude of media. She comes from the capital region of New York where the majority of her practice is shared amongst the community at large. Much of her inspiration comes from stories of old, legends of other places, literature, and the theatre. Her work features symbols of ancient times and themes of obscure folk tales that are presented as a call to thought against our reality. When not diving deep into the worlds of mythology and folklore, she enjoys painting highly detailed studies of unlikely subjects.

Michael Stone
Michael Stone, known as Ivy Isle Art digitally, is a mixed media artist with a strong proclivity for stained glass as well as challenging existing materials to push them beyond the bounds of intention and expectation. He takes the world around him and created new abstractions to define his perspective and focus. With his origins coming from the Adirondack Mountains and his influence of other problem solvers and artists with in his inner circle, Michael explores the world according to his own drum beat.
